FISH WEIGHT CALCULATOR
courtesy of extremeflyfishing.com
Have you ever caught a fish, but you didn't have a scale along with you to weight it?

1. Measure the fish from tip to tip, and then measure the girth at the thickest part of the fish.

2. On the calculator below enter the Length and Girth, select the Shape, then select Compute.

If you provide only the Length the calculator will give you an estimated weight.

If you provide a Length and Girth the calculator will give you a pretty accurate weight.

Soon Extreme Fly Fishing will have IGFA Certified Scales available for purchase on the web site.
